Refund and Returns Policy

At Winning, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are made to order, we ask that customers carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details before completing a purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To begin the resolution process, complete our Report a Problem form and provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the problem

If the issue is determined to be the result of an error on our part, we will provide a replacement item or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

Lost or Missing Packages

If the issue is determined to be the result of an error on our part, we will provide a replacement item or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

If your order has not arrived within five (5) business days after the estimated delivery date, please submit a Report a Problem request.

We will investigate the shipment and work with the carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment number (if applicable).

If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to re-ship the order.

Unclaimed Shipments

Orders returned to us because they were not claimed by the recipient may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

If an order remains unclaimed and cannot be reshipped, no refund may be issued.

Buyer’s Remorse

Because most products are produced specifically for each order, Winning may not offer refunds or returns for buyer’s remorse unless there is a legitimate reason. This includes:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Ordering the wrong color
• Changing your mind after purchase
• Purchasing a product by mistake

Please review all product information carefully before placing your order.

Size Exchanges

Winning does not guarantee size exchanges. Customers are encouraged to review the sizing charts provided on each product page before ordering.

Any size exchange requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted solely at Winning’s discretion.

Customized or Personalized Products

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Health and Hygiene Items

For health and hygiene reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used. Winning reserves the right to refuse returns of such items where applicable.

Return Authorization

Do not return products without first contacting Winning and receiving return instructions.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
